How do you warm up?

How do you warm up?
I do 2 warm-up sets before every exercise as it is recommended in "H.I.T. the Mike Mentzer Way," but, because of this my workouts take much longer than the prescribed 10-12 minutes. Would I be better off doing all the warm-up sets before I start the actual workout to reduce the duration of my training sessions? Or would that cause my muscles to cool down before I work them?

It depends how you are structuring your workouts and how you grouping your bodyparts.
