Training when sore?

Training when sore? Empty Training when sore?

Hi all,

I am kind of rediscovering HIT and am not sure whether I should train when feeling sore. It seems to prevent me from training fully at my next workout but I am not sure whether just to exercise lightly or fully rest. Also feel free to suggest your favorite resource(i.e. book, DVD) for learning about HIT and how you think it compares to other training systems. Thanks,
