Everyone here need to check out this website called the Boise Experiment Ultimate Body Transformation. Two guys one looking to gain lean muscle and the other trying to lose bodyfat are training the next 60 using the workout from High Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer Way. They are currently posting workout videos, a detailed video blog of the workouts, and much more as they follow a nutrition plan on all this site:
