My son, affectionately known as "Moose", who at 8 1/2 years old is 5'2", 128lbs, with a 7" wrist and 9"ankles. I'm starting him off with deadlifts in a couple of years Twisted Evil (He's the one on the left clown )[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

I started my son off with abbreviated training ( 5 exercises whole body ) at age 14 , he is now 19 yrs old and can leg press me out the gym lol! . ( honestly )

He is at present trying to get into a degree of condition , and at present wont allow me to post pics of him. Interesting thing is he has trained in no other fashion other then HIT/abbreviated method .
