Is anyone eating a "Paleo" diet?

The reason I ask is I'm always messing around with my diet and have taken to this about 4 weeks ago. Anyone with some long term experience with this. Anyone see any "healing"from such a diet.

I think your best bet is to check out RobbWolf.com, or Mark's Daily Apple both are good sites for the Paleo/Primal lifestyle. Robb Wolf also has a free podcasts where he answers questions submitted by vistors to the site.

I myself follow a Paleo/Primal style food choices, but in the framework of the Anabolic Diet by Dr. Mauro DiPasquale, but currently really dont have much for result due to the fact that I have been on and off of it so very sporadic, but will be posting about it soon, after the holidays.

Also just remember you can also listen to Super Human Radio.com as well they cover many different subjects, but they do have a couple of Paleo diet interviews with experts such as Dr. Loren Cordain, and most recently Robb Wolf.

Just some randomn help.
